This policy, together with our Terms and Conditions of Use, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. By using our website (“Site”) and mobile application (“Mobile App”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy applies to users of all ages, including users under age 13.  See Section below, “Users under 13,” for more information.

By using this Site and Mobile App, you consent to the use of information that you provide us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  We do update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review this Privacy Policy regularly.  If we materially alter our Privacy Policy, we will notify you of such changes by posting a notice on our Site and Mobile App, or in some instances, by contacting you via the e-mail address you have provided to us. While we use cookies and pixel tags, we do not track our users across websites or over time.

The Spotify Play Button provided on our Site will also use cookies when you access our Site. Our Site currently does not respond to “do not track” or similar signals.



The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you in the best possible manner. In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:

  • To provide you, including via email from your social media account(s), with information relating to our services;
  • To provide third parties with statistical information about the users of our website;
  • To monitor and conduct an analysis of our Site traffic and usage patterns, as well as to monitor and analyze our Mobile App; and

Generally: We may share your personal information with trusted third parties (including advertising networks) or our affiliates to:

Our Site and Mobile App may contain links to other sites and social media features, including those of third parties or business partners.  While we seek to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy or security practices other websites use.  By accessing other third party websites or applications through our Site, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites.  It is possible that other parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different web sites when you use our Site or Mobile App.  In particular, if you chose to use the Spotify Play Button, to send songs through Spotify, or register to use Spotify’s services, you must be sure to read their policies and procedures for collecting, disclosing and protecting your information by visiting their website for additional information.


International Visitors

Our Site and Mobile App is hosted and operated in the United States (“US”) and elsewhere in the world.  By using the Site or Mobile App, you are consenting to the transfer of your personal information to the US.  If you are accessing a US-hosted Site or Mobile App from outside the US, please be advised that US law may not offer the same privacy protections are the law of your jurisdiction. 



No one under age 13 is authorized to submit any information, including personally identifying information, on our Site or download our Mobile App until we have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. We are not liable for any damages that may result from a user’s misrepresentation of age.

Parents and/or guardians can review or have deleted the child’s personal information and refuse to permit further collection or use of the child’s information. To do so, the parent or guardian may contact us by telephone, e-mail, or in writing at the address listed below in the “Contacting Us” Section.


You may review and edit the information we have collected about you at any time by contacting us at the addresses below.  If your information has been shared with a third party, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, then that third party has received its own copy of your data.  If you have been contacted by one of these third parties and wish to correct or delete your information, please contact them directly.
